Analysis And Application Of Cloud Computing Service Model Oriented To Business Administration

With the fast development of information technology and the graduallyexpansion of its application domain, the application result of information technologyhas significantly contributed to business administration in recent years. Especially inChina，the application of information technology has played a positive role in thepromotion of China’s social and economic development. At present, a new generationof information technology industry has been listed as one of the seven emergingindustries of strategic importance. As the core technology of a new generation ofinformation technology, the cloud computing technology has gradually become theimportant means of enhancing the capability of enterprise informatization. Accordingto the actual situation of enterprises, the reasonable application of cloud computingtechnology to replace the traditional information management technology will helpimprove the efficiency and quality of enterprise cost management, efficiencymanagement, risk management, business management so that is beneficial to upgradethe comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, realize the healthy and sustainabledevelopment of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of the cloudcomputing industry.This thesis introduces the definition, classification, characteristics of the cloudcomputing and summarizes the technology research, safety risk analysis andtechnology application of the research literature in cloud computing, then analysescloud computing industry development in China from the political, economic, socialand technology four aspects using the PEST analysis model systematically. The thesisalso analyses the cloud computing service model facing to enterprise management andthe importance of enterprise management from four aspects of cost management,efficiency management, risk management, business management. This thesisdiscusses how to make a good combination of cloud computing and enterprisemanagement to solve the problem of traditional information technology. Finally,empirical analysis of Hanbai Technology Co. Ltd from cloud computing equipment,desktop，solution plan and service is proposed.
