Manufacturing Resource Modeling And Management Based On Blade Manufacturing Process

Process personnel can quickly find all products'process resources used in their manufacturing process, so as to improve speed and quality of making procedure.This paper having a blade manufacturing company in Wuxi as the background, combined with the enterprise using situation of process resources, mainly completed the following work:First, classify process resources of the enterprise. According to the different kinds of different process resource including content, abstract attribute information of process resources through the object-oriented technology, and then build the local E-R model. Meanwhile abstract process and build the global E-R model based on blade manufacturing process.Next, build product tree model according to product status in different stage. Then take process and process resources into product tree model and form product, process and process resources tree model, so as to realize process resources management through process.Last, designed the database and developed the blade process resources database management system. Every functional modules are briefly introduced. Realized process resources basic information storage and structured management based on process through each module. It can maintain and look up process resources conveniently and realize information sharing.
