In terms of professional skill teaching in vocational school, the focus of teaching content has, as the teaching reform deepens, shifted from theoretical knowledge to professional skill practice. However, traditional evaluation of teaching quality is teacher-oriented, with single evaluation method, slow information processing and low utilization efficiency, all of which constrain the application and promotion of project actuation teaching. Therefore, an urgent issue in current project actuation teaching is to build an application platform for teaching quality evaluation by using project actuation teaching theory and computer network technology.By studying teaching method, process and evaluation theory of project-actuated professional skill courses in vocational school, this article determines main factors that influence the evaluation of project actuation teaching quality. Based on the analysis of professional skill teaching in the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in school running, this article formulates reasonable and reliable mode for evaluation of teaching quality. Evaluation of project-actuated teaching quality is a multi-evaluation system which is student-oriented and whose special teaching method makes it more sophisticated and more information contained than traditional teaching method, and the indicator system of the evaluation is adapted to requirements of different disciplines. After requirement analysis, functional structure of the system is designed. The functional modules of the system consist of teaching administrator module, teacher module, student module and enterprise expert module according to user types, and this setting could achieve evaluation function in that students can evaluate teacher's teaching, teachers evaluate student's learning, and enterprise experts evaluate students' assignment. This article applies structured analysis approach– firstly the data flow chart of the system is drawn, then the abstract functional structure is converted to concrete menu function. And this sort of function is detailed in a top-down order. Finally, the data base of the system is designed by SQL Server 2005, and the application program and work interface is designed by ASP.NET. After its development, the system is tested in teaching practice to find some deficiency. And improvement gradually optimizes it. The evaluation platform of teaching quality which is designed and supported by this subject has been tested in project actuation teaching practice, and has efficiently promoted mutual evaluation efficiency among teachers, students and enterprise experts, and the teaching administration efficiency of teaching administrators in vocational schools.
