Hospital Radiology Report Management System Design And Development

21st century is an information age. Digitalization,informatization and networking are realized in every walk of life. As an industry with medical intellectual labor,valuable patient data and high value-added information, hospital requires better professional informatization,and the development of which brings more important function. With the continuous development of radiology services and increasing workload,radiation check data is increasing sharply, using the traditional way of writing to finish the radiology report has been outdated,therefore realizing information management and work flow,changing the traditional operating modes, developing digital radiology,and carrying out comprehensive information management is an imperative reformation.Radiology reporting system is an important component of the hospital information technology realization,as well as the solid foundation to comprehensively realize digital radiology in the future. It was designed as an integrated system for a comprehensive solution to radiographic data acquisition , display , storage , transmission and management. We can use it to finish the radiology reports with computer's high speed, high efficiency and high veracity. Instead of the traditional writing mode, it has the features of speedy, accuracy and convenience for query and statistics; meanwhile,the radiographic data is effectively managed and fully utilized, so as to realize better clinical care,teaching and research level,and increase hospitals' competitive advantage.This thesis details the design and realization of the radiology reporting system data modules, data flows and functions. It introduces the design and realization of various modules of the system , including patients'radiative information entry , comprehensive and single query,radiology reports inputing,data summary statistics, loan management and template management , common dictionary database management, system settings (including users, permissions, workstation, etc.) and other information management functions. With the combined views from theories and practice, this thesis comprehensively states the design and development of radiology reporting system, detailing the developing technology and the realization of it. Adopting the Complex Truss of B/S and C/S, the PB and ASP be used as development tool on the stage and SQL Server2000 as background database development tool,making sure the concrete project of development of material Management Information System,then it establishes database structure using the RDB technology,and UML is adopted to the need of the system model analysis and the design of main functional modularity.The whole development process of radiation reporting system is proceeded fully according to the development process of software engineering. The chief work is the need of the system analysis,essentials design and detailed design.Finally,the interface is showed to indicate the part of the system.Through the testof system,the result has showed that the system has worked normally.
