Design And Implementation Of Department Of Radiology Information Management System For The First People’s Hospital Of Tancheng County

The21st century is a new century of the information and technology, the degree of information technology has become an important symbol of measuring the modernization level and comprehensive strength of an industry or a country. The advance of technology and the development of computer technology achieve the storage, communication and display of large capacity of digital information. The Department of Radiology Information Management System for the First People’s Hospital of Tancheng County is large-scale, integrated management system which is structured and developed basing on the RIS and PACS technology, it is the platform of system administrator, audit doctors of radiology department, report doctors of radiology department and registers. The system integrated RIS, PACS, HIS and imaging equipments to make the collection, browsing and passing of the information by network, and it does quantify and refine management to improve the efficiency of the management.We use advanced design concepts and development technology to establish a comprehensive management system which involves all aspects of the management of radiology department and faces all the users of the system, and it bases on the reality of radiology department of the hospital. The system effectively solves a series of practical problems which include a large quantity of data, the waste of resources, supervision mechanism imperfect and Statistics work not in time, the goal of the system is to achieve the whole management of the work of radiology department, and further improve supervision of the management of the work of radiology department.The thesis uses object-oriented ideas and UML as the analysis tools to carry on the requirement analysis and system design of the information management of radiology department, we uses B/S structure, MVC and Java programming language basing on the characteristics of the system and users and a series of related technologies to realize the functions such as information input management, information query management, information statistics management, radiology reporting management, patients visiting at any time, patient appointments and equipments maintenance of Department of Radiology Information Management System. The paper combines the features of the network platform of the First People’s Hospital of Tancheng County, and uses standardized technology to effectively integrate the application of the Radiology Information Management System and the application of Information Management System of Hospital, which guarantees the vital interests of the patients and progresses in achieving the overall goal of the process of the digital hospital.In the phase of system requirements analysis, the thesis describes the system’s overall business and business process in detail, and shows the description of the functions of the eight modules and the relationships among the eight modules, uses ordinary patient as example, it focuses on the state transition and the dealing with "return" state of ordinary patient among each module. It gets the class of system design and database model through the detailed design of code conversion, class structural and database.
