Then illustrate the users'prospect for this system. Analysis the users'role step by step and outline the module design and implementation process. Pointed out that the port construction fee collection system should use B / S, C / S hybrid architecture to complete the system construction, improve the collection efficiency.This paper discussed the following questions:(1) described the C / S, B / S hybrid architecture in the port construction fee collection and management system application and deployment, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of this architecture .(2) According to users'need, the establishment of user roles and modules use case diagram, port construction fee collection system is clearly the main modules.(3) based on the results of requirements analysis, detailed design of the system's various functional modules, each module clearly the logical structure of information and data flows, when the technical details to achieve; analysis of the user's business data types and their logical relationship between the data, conceptual model of the database design, logical design, to ensure the security of critical data design MD5 encryption.(4) According to the detailed system design to achieve the various functional modules, each functional module explicit function of the use and means of communication between modules, the flow of data uncertainties; extract the user's business data and expressed the logical relationship between the data, create database set up a data table and data based on the relationship between the connection design is completed, designed to meet the security needs of some of the key data encryption using MD5.This port construction fee collect system accomplished the management job of construction fee collection, distinguished the collection type as direct collection and proxy collection.
