Therefore, college students’ tuition arrearage, nationwide, statistics are not congruent phenomena have occurred from time to time, student fees management and time-consuming work, low efficiency, consumption capacity.In this paper, aiming at the above problems, taking Hebei Engineering and Technical College as an example, on the base of the analysis of the students of our school tuition collection work process, characteristics, from the actual work requirements, considering all kinds of special circumstances, the use of related technologies of PB platform, according to the specification of the software development process, design, completed the student tuition collection of integrated office system development.In the complete process of the system, the main research work of this paper is as follows:1, through the actual investigation, from the angle of the first users of higher vocational college tuition collection work characteristics and requirements, such as charging information sharing, data batch processing, roll transaction payment of special processing. The system functions to meet the actual demand, strong practicability and universality.2, analysis of the PB(Sybase PowerBuilder) characteristics of computer language and the development of technology, and based on the design and implementation of the framework to complete the student tuition collection integrated office system.3, focus on strengthening the sharing of information, for a fee, charge, payment records and other information can be a variety of formats to achieve data transfer to, can be re processing and re edited by other office software. Has the report output function strong, can according to the actual work needs to generate and print various forms. Opened at all levels of management personnel and students query function, provides good convenience for tuition management.From the system of testing, basic on the successful completion of the expected goal in the early design, software is stable, the operation is simple, convenient, flexible, accurate data processing, data security is strong, greatly solve the practice problems, has now entered the trial operation, to achieve the desired effect. The system according to the actual work is adopted to privilege management strategy, meet all kinds of users demand for work in the actual work, the system in the higher vocational colleges can have better performance, make some adjustments to the application, has a broad application prospect.
