With the continuous development of China’s economy and the rapid growth of thescale of foreign trade, foreign trade of the port hinterland cargo transport demand isalso increasing, ports and port hinterland are increasingly linked. With the expandingsize of the port of Tianjin Port container terminal in port of specialization graduallyincreased, the large port function is improving daily, Port functional diversification,increase in cargo throughput of Tianjin Port collection and distribution operations bytransport roads and capacity resource implications of increasing the traffic pressure onthe collection and distribution operations far beyond the port road to withstand thescope of the current traffic flow periods characteristic, concentrated period of time inthe collection and distribution operations, a serious road congestion, the port roadtraffic facing a huge challenge.Therefore, the paper is focused on how to design and realize the system softwarethat applies to the features of the road transportation in Tianjin Port and helps makethe dynamic information of traffic situation and road transportation more visually andclosely connected.Through the research on the existing transportation system both at home andabroad, in the paper the author describes the improved and standardized businessprocedure in detail and develops Tianjin Port Transportation Management Systemwith the application of B/S FrameWork, design concept of MVC Module and theexisting software, hardware and network resources. The establishment and applicationof the system will bring Tianjin Port a uniform, standard, precise and efficienttransportation environment so as to achieve the purpose of data exchange, resourcesharing and collaboration of different logistics points, which helps improve the overallcompany image of Tianjin Port Group and enjoys a bright future in development andapplication.
