With the development of technology, motion control is done by direct-drive motor instead of machines with complex structure. Multi-motor synchronous control is more and more used in industrial production in all areas, especially some of the continuous production line or scattered arrangement of the production line.This paper mainly researches on the multi-axis control system of the fixed-length feeder with the core of Siemens PLC and servo system. Firstly, the article analysis the performance and functional requirements of the fixed-length feeding system, the hardware of the control system was selected and the PLC program was designed. Secondly, the article analyzes the industrial practice in the application of more concentrated formation of industrial networks. Provides the scheme which is use the PPI protocol for communication between multiple PLC and use the free port communication with VC++ programming PLC and PC communication. Then study on the realization of multi-motor synchronous with the requirement of high precision local collaborative methods, using the fuzzy PID to fulfill the request. Complete the realization of fuzzy-PID control on the Siemens S7-200PLC, programmed to complete the synchronous control of two servo motors. Finally has analyzed fuzzy PID and the traditional PID control difference effect through the MATLAB simulation. In view of the different response, disturbs as well as changes the PID parameter value to carry on the simulation separately, The result indicated that uses the fuzzy PID control system is able to obtain a better dynamic target, responds quickly, the small overshoot and has solved the limitation which the traditional PID controlled variable creates fixedly.
