Servo drive system is the most important part of artillery system. In order to solvethe overshoot and time delay problem with control system,this paper is based on the virtualprototyping technology, using the cooperative principle of the method of simulation,analyzing the simulation and experiment of the servo device fuzzy adaptive control systemwhich is driven by double synchronous motor.(1) The establishment of the virtual prototype model of the emission device ofdigital function, has carried on the research on the kinematics and dynamics simulation. Soas to ensure the correctness of the established virtual prototype model.(2) Analysis of the transmitting device drive motor of permanent magnet synchronousmotor vector control method and double motor cross coupling compensation controlmethod. Synchronous motor vector control model is established, and the correctness of themotor model is proved by motor modeling and simulation.(3) Conducted a joint simulation and experimental research on the device ofrotary drive system launch: according to the classic PID control system step responseovershoot phenomenon exists, and introduced the fuzzy adaptive PID controlsystem. Solved the overshoot problem of the system, enhance the rapidity and stability ofthe control system. The combination of simulation and experimental analysis of sinusoidaltracking signal the simulation agreed well with the experimental results, verified thefeasibility and the correctness of the rotary system simulation model.(4) Conducted a joint simulation and experimental research on the device of pitchdrive system launch: the classic PID control system step response overshoot phenomenonexists, and introduced the fuzzy adaptive PID control system, an effective solution to thesystem overshoot problem. According to the classic PID control system and fuzzy PIDadaptive hysteresis tracking signal control system exists, introduces a compound fuzzyPID adaptive control system. Effectively solve the lag problem of the system, and hascarried on the physical prototype of classical PID control system and fuzzy PID adaptivecontrol system under the debugging and testing. Test results and the simulation results areconsistent, verified the feasibility and correctness of the pitch system simulation model.Through the above research,it shows that composite fuzzy adaptive control algorithmhas significantly improved the speed and stability of servo system.This paper providesgeneral methods and steps to research mechatronic system based on virtual prototype technology. The simulation and experimental results show that the method can meet theengineering control target and have effective engineering application.providing a referencefor the design and analysis of other electromechanical transmission control system.
