In the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period,the short and efficient Bleaching textile pre-treatment process technology is a focused on the development of technologies,and the steam cleaning equipment is a dyeing and finishing equipment which is used in Bleaching short process textile pre-treatment process, its main function is washing after cold heap of the fabric,to washing alkali and impurities on the fabric,to make the fabric more pale,and to feel better.The topic is based on the technology upgrading of a Jiangyin textile production line of dyeing and steam cleaning,we use the control system which is based on Profibus-DP fieldbus to transform the electrical control part of the dyeing and steam cleaning production line.This paper firstly gives the system's overall design through the analysis and description of the steam cleaning system.Then we design and research the system's control strategies,and analyze the induction motor VVVF vector control system's simulation model.On these basies,the multi-motor's synchronous contorl and tension control's studies are carried on.By Matlab/Simulink simulation,multi-motor synchronous master-slave cascade control strategies and tension control with master-slave cascade structure of the double-loop PID control strategies are obtained.At the same time,the simulation of single neuron PID control for the steam cleaning's temperatures is studied.Then,a detailed account of the overall system's design and development process are given from the hardware selection,system configuration,system electrical design,control software design,software design,monitoring design and so on.Finally,in the system debugging process,the author use a a virtual joint debugging method which is PLC controlled virtual plants and lab debugging, to verify the feasibility and correctness of the control strategy and system's software's reliability,and discuss and study some engineering problems,that are the system's interference problems,communication load shedding and OB35-sharing deals.The results show that the system can be well coordinated synchronization of every unit, capable of process parameters on-line detection and automatic control.The system is designed to give full consideration to the concept of reduction and energy saving,it has a guiding role on the steam cleaning of dyeing production line technology upgrading.
