Research And Implementation Of SIP Server Based On The Multimedia Trunking And Dispatching Plateform

In recently, with the rapid development of Internet technology and communications, the concepts and development of NGN,VoIP, softswitch and others has greatly facilitated with our lives. The idea of SIP is Internet, encoding text-based protocol, it is simple and easy to extend, so it is suitable for the basis of the IP applications. The SIP server using to the Multimedia Trunking and Dispatcing palteform and its core is softswitch.The plateform is based on the voice trunk and also include some other information such as location, image, text.It is supported the police's trunk network and telecom opertor's network.We hope that all kinds of communication terminals via this platform for multimedia communications, it is mainly deal with varies of the emergencies.The main work is: First, learning and reaserching the SIP protocol and other techniques in depth, especially the SIP Server. On this basis, the thesis put forward to combine with the two modes of proxy servers and redirect servers. Sencondly, to research and design the SIP stack .This SIP stack can use in the proxy server and redirected server. Finally, using Linux plateform to complete the SIP servers based on the protocol stack.The SIP server can be use in register, calling and so on. Both of SIP server and the Multimedia Trunking and Dispatching were also to test and can work well.
