PTN Transmission Network In The Application Of Zao Zhuang Mobile

The technology of SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) is widely applied in the company of ZaoZhuang Mobile. And it is the one of the most important parts of GSM(Global System of Mobile Communication). It provides a professional platform for the system of GSM base station and parts data function of GPRS (General Packet Radio Service).But the traditional technology of SDH will be more and more hard to match the improving needs of 3G base stations with the widely construction of the network of TD-SCDMA(Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access). In the meantime, the company of ZaoZhuang Mobile has to adjust its local network to meet the needs after the telecom operators regrouping and with the increasing functions of Global System of Mobile Communication.So the company of ZaoZhuang Mobile could improve the tradition transport infrastructures, or invest the transmission network.In this paper, the current situations and the increasing needs have been analyzed. Then the emphasis has been put in the application of SDH in the ZaoZhuang mobile transportnetwork.And the technologies of SDH,MSTP (Multi-Service Transfer Platform),PTN (Packet Transport Network),OTN(Optical Transport Network),IP RAN have been mentioned in this paper.Finally, as an example the operation of the network has been analyzed. And I expound the smooth evolution of PTN transport network when the technology is changing from 3G to 4G.
