| Smart Home is based on the platform of home, including the automation and intelligence of architecture, telecommunication, information home appliances and network home appliance. It s an efficient, comfortable, secure, convenient, healthy, green home environment which is integrated with system, structure, service, management and control. All of the telecommunication equipments, home appliances, home security devices, which are related to information, are connected to a Smart Home System through home bus or home network technology. The system can centralize, remote surveil, control and manage all the household affairs. The security & protection system is the security precaution integration system, which is including several function of detecting and alarming, it is an important parts of Smart Home.In my dissertation, I analysed the functions and availability of the Security & Protection System in Smart Home System, designed a practical Security Protection System, which was including the detection of temperature and humidity,fire alarming, fog or gas alarming, intruding alarming and etc. The dangerous and critical detection of firelight, fog creation, gas leaking and exceptional intruding is actualized through the related sensors and inspective equipments. The nodes of sensors transmit the inspective signal to the Smart Home gateway through the wireless telecommunication, if the signal value is beyond the former setting threshold, the gateway will transmit the relative information to the control centre to deal with, transmit some alarm information. In normal instance, the user will obtain the relate information as well as.In my experiments, the Security & Protection System I designed can realize the function of detecting the firelight, fog emitting, gas leaking and exceptional intruding, it can also realize to alarming in exceptional situation.
