Design And Development Of Smart Home Based On Internet Of Things

As an emerging technology, the Internet of Things (IOT) has experienced considerabledevelopment in the last decade. The relevant solutions of IOT have a lot of applications. In theseapplications, the smart home closes to the livelihood most, so it is extremely important. A lot ofsmart home constitute wisdom community, then wisdom communities and other networkingapplications combined build smart city, then finally develop into the wisdom of the earth.Apparently, smart home is the basis for the future development of the wisdom of the earth.By learning and researching knowledge of IOT and smart home, this paper design a smarthome system model based on IOT. Through the research backgrounds of the subject, this paperintroduces related overview and technology of IOT and smart home and the system structure ofsmart home. This paper designs and developments the wireless sensor network based on smarthome, under home environment, this paper designs related function modules and part of the sensorconnection circuit and finish the program design of system on chip and design different typeswireless sensor network node, such as sensor node and sink node by choosing hardware platform,wireless transmission protocol, topology structure; In order to accomplish data connection betweenwireless sensor networks and Internet, this paper develops home gateway based on smart home;This paper develops the mobile terminal application software, web server and services software ofsmart home, that can realize unified management of home environmental information. Through thedifferent terminal applications, users can monitor the whole home environment conveniently andquickly. Then this paper tests the whole system in terms of reliability and stability. Finally, weconcluded the smart home system based on IOT, and summarized some of these issues, then putforword some improvements and plans.
