Based On Ultrasonic Weeks Detection System To Scan The Drainage Channels

In our country, the pollution created by under-drainage pipeline jamming or the breakage, directly or indirectly cause the economic loss, which is quite serious. Therefore, it is necessity to study and design a set of drainage channel automatic detection system. this article which is based on the previous research work applies the ultrasound circular scan detection technique to the internal inspection of the pipe,using transceiver integrated ultrasonic transducer driven by the mechanical structure of the pipe wall rotating scan the underwater part of the realization of two-dimensional scanning probe, designed and developed a set of drains automatic detection system.Firstly, this paper chooses the ultrasonic transducer and microcontroller selection in accordance with the relevant characteristics of ultrasound as well as the status of pipeline design, and chosen the using transceiver integrated ultrasonic transducer. The work frequency has increased from 620 kHz to 1MHz, so that the resolution has been greatly improved.It uses the high-speed low-power microcontrollers 8051F360 as the core monitoring and control unit of the lower computer.And then it designs the corresponding ultrasonic pulse excitation, power amplifier, band-pass filtering and so on to achieve the ultrasound signal transmitter, receiver and power amplifier.Then it chosen the steering gear to achieve the circular scan of the ultrasonic probe,then update the angle signal of the steering gear and the distance signal of the ultrasonic to the PC.This paper studies the lower computer control system and designs the software of communication system. It has realized the communications between upper computer and the lower computer, using PC to realize the control of ultrasonic launching acquisition machine, as executive system of MCU control ultrasonic pulse launch; The angle and distance information will be stored accurately in order to post-imaging processing.Finally, this paper has designed the various parts of the hardware and software through the Iron pipes and cement pipes experiments, carried out experiments to verify the experiment and got good desired effect.
