After several years'efforts of informationizing by the universities, they have achieved a lot. The first thing that is worthy to be mentioned is that computer rooms for the student have gotten the leaders'attention which is helpful for their long run development. Because of many factors which is keeping increasing, such as the needs of the rooms, the frequency of both students'usage and teachers'teaching, some bad effects have taken place. For example, the resources are used uneven and sometimes even wasted. There is also the same competition for one certain resource. The management is not standardized and the information is communicated behind time.As a result, how to control the resources for a rational use becomes a goal which is valuable to be studied.This article based on the J2EE, RDB advanced technology such as, concept and the architecture, the use of lightweight, general software development platform, and build a safe and reliable mobile interactive computer room management system,realize the most efficient use of computer room resources, for teachers and students to provide transparent and personalized comprehensive information service.This paper from the actual conditions of college computer room management, according to the software engineering requirements demand research, software design, development realize, system test and so on each step,based on the waterfall model development, with actual use for the principle design system. This system standard computer room work process, improve the management level of computer room and and handle affairs the efficiency.
