With the rapidly development of technology of computer science and mobilecommunication, Internet services are going wireless and mobilization. At the sametime, web services need more support of stronger mobile application resolvent toextend their bound and make them more convenience.Compare to the fix Internet application, the deployment and development ofmobile application are facing more difficulty which includes diversiform mobileclient,limited data transfer speed and poorer process velocity.Aim at above problem, this dissertation research on that combine J2ME,J2EEand RSS technology to deploy mobile application system and bring forward theoptimize and improve resolvent. As one of three Java 2 platforms, J2EE is theactually standard in the development of server in web services, J2ME platform is usedto program in mobile and embedded devices what are complicated and webcommunication is needed. J2ME inherit the biggest advantage of Javalanguage—Device Independent, which help the mobile programme to used in kindsof mobile devices conveniently. J2ME also includes capitally net communicationability and security. All above excellency make the J2ME become the first choice inmobile develop platform. As a standard specification of information aggregation, RSSis become more and more popular on Internet.At the first of this dissertation, we introduce the Internet application and mobiledevelop technology, then we particularly expatiate the key technology J2ME and RSS.Subsequently, after analysis the former curriculum forum, we put forward a mobilecurriculum forum based on J2ME. At the fourth chapter we write the design goal,develop environment and running platform,the key problem to solve,functional andstructure designment,the designment of server and client of this mobile system, andgive a result. On the top of fifth chapter, we analysis the deficiency of the mobilesystem, then we use RSS technology to improve it and achieve a J2ME mobilecurriculum forum based on RSS. Finally, we bring forward a data alternation modelbased on RSS in our research process, and give it's nature.
