Ji'nan Municipal Bureau of Statistics is undertaking economic, population, agricultural census and energy, investment, consumption, price, income, technology, population, labor, the basic situation of society development, the basic environment status surveys. A variety of Collection projects and different survey means construct the existing statistical survey system of Ji'nan city.After years of informatization construction, the Ji'nan Bureau of Statistics has the construction of some application system oriented to single survey project. Construction scale and the application level rise ceaselessly. However, the systems differ in thousands of ways and different levels. There are many ways of data collection, browser, fat client, mobile phone and other data Collection client. Poor interoperability between systems," information isolated island" phenomenon is serious, lack of unified standards, and widespread business application is not flexible. Lead to operational staff struggle to cope with various scattered survey system, information sharing degree is low, the comprehensive application ability of weak.In the current, society pays more and more attention to the statistical survey work and survey workload rapidly expands. Ji'nan city survey data collection platform is put forward. In the system design process, object oriented analysis and design method is used. Use Net development platform to realize the user classification management, flexible survey project customization, dynamically generated interface, multiple data collection methods, monitoring progress and other business needs, in order to further construction survey informatization unified platform laid good foundation.
