Design And Implementation Of On-Line Monitoring Management System For WeiFang Land Tax

With the development of information technology, the challenges of information technology has penetrated into the work of the tax, which requires the tax authorities keeping with the times and establishing information systems for scientific management. and improving work quality and management level. Currently the heterogeneous database systems exists between local tax system and state tax system of Weifang City, and it also exists between their respective systems, which results in the low level of data sharing between multiple systems and relatively poor level of data analyzing, thereby the ability of decision and analysis of tax departments was constrained. Therefore, the study on the new technology of the tax on-line monitoring and analyzing system,and providing a convenient, unified and efficient platform of data query and contrast for the municipal local relevant departments of tax data-processing and analysis are of great significance.Related technologies involved in the tax on-line monitoring and analysis system are described in this paper firstly and then the study status of tax monitoring and analysis system are analyzed.and the system's development goals are put forward based on the actual situation of the local tax system for Weifang City. And in this paper, the architecture and the logic architecture of system were specificly analyzed and elaborated based on J2EE technology, especially the data exchange platform and the monitoring and analysis module. The use case diagram, sequence diagram, data flow diagrams, E-R diagrams were designed, and the difficulty in system development and application was analyzed. Use JDK1.6, STRUTS1.2.9 as the development environment, use Tamcat6.0 as the server, the basic data entry of a taxpayer, data collection, indicator generation, data audit, data monitoring, report generation, and early warning information generation and other functions were realized.Finally, the entire system was tested, test results showed that the system can meet monitoring needs of the department of management and monitoring of Local Taxation Bureau of Weifang. and the rank revenue departments, and can achieve automatic extraction, concentration, loading and contrast of tax data from the national land tax system, and construct a unified platform of data processing and monitoring of the city's state and local tax, the real-time online monitoring and analysis of tax-related data in Weifang City were achieved.Currently, this system has been in trial operation in the local tax system of Weifang City, the development of system will provide a path for the construction of the tax system data warehouse. The local tax department in Weifang will further study data mining technology based on data warehouse and continue to promote tax information process of the tax monitoring work, which further regulates the monitoring work of tax collection, improves management quality and efficiency.
