With the progress of science and technology, traditional management methods and means of manual monitoring has been unable to adapt to enterprise development, advanced monitoring and management system has in the enterprise has been widely used. At the same time, with the development of national economy, the problem of environmental pollution has become more and more serious. And the coal industry is a high energy consumption and high pollution industry.According to the specific needs of customers and nation building conservation oriented society policy for Shanxi Pingshuo group design and realize the a energy monitoring and optimization of information management system.The System manages the object of water, electricity, medium, antifreeze, flocculant data. Through the collection of data analysis, implementation of enterprise key equipment(such as transformer, motor) power consumption monitoring and the running state of the equipment and the health of the assessment and predict ion, enterprise production cost estimation function.The system uses B/S architecture, Oracle database, JavaWeb technology, FreeMarker template development. The overall framework of the system uses Hibernate, Spring, SpringMVC for integration. I participated in the survey research, demand analysis, database design, code realization and debugging of the whole process. Mainly responsible for the system basic information module, energy management module, frequency conversion energy saving module, health management module and report print module development related work.The system has been officially put into use, the user feedback is good. Prove the system meet the enterprise daily management needs, at the same time, enterprise monitoring and equipment related to the accuracy in data acquisition system of business as a whole and the energy consumption of key energy equipment evaluation and prediction results in a reasonable range to system design target.
