Xiamen Broadcasting and Television Group, established on June28,2004, achieved the integration of local broadcasting network and television network. Currently the sign of five channels, digital mobile TV and Taihai broadband website can cover all over the earth, and stand the "Golden Triangle" area in southern Fujian firmly, which involves Xiamen as its center, Taiwan Strait, Zhangzhou, Quanzhou and part of Longyan. The XBTG's service is accessible to a total of some10million population. It enriches the entertainment of the people, gives them knowledge and information, it also influences the audience in the South-East of Asia. Multi network integration is the only way to set up the Aircraft Carrier of information industry, under the background, Xiamen Broadcasting and Television Group should put forward professional management based on the Channel specialization, and comprehensive integration of human resources, contents, technology, funds, etc. In the management philosophy of optimal configuration and reasonable use, XBTG ensures programs bring forth the new through the old, alleviates the audience's aesthetic fatigue, stands on the local, mind our country, have the whole world in view, broad the view of program continuously, and practice the idea of Mcluhan that Media is Extension in the fight for eye. The first chapter is introduction which is the theory foundation of this essay; The second and the third chapter analyze the professional management experience of the domestic and foreign media group; The fourth and fifth chapter take XBTG as the example, linking theory with practice, put forward the strategy that professional management should be implemented on the links of program set, technical update, institution establishment, personnel allocation, marketing planning, fund raising and profit distribution, at the same time, both needs of the state and the interests of the collectives should be considered, the relation between fusion and separation should be handled well.
