Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of computer, network and multi-media technology, video monitoring technology is widely applied in security defense and monitoring field for its intuition, convenience, real-time and rich information, and it plays a more and more important role. At present, video monitoring technology is mostly applied in civil system, but these civil systems are mostly designed for local monitoring, in addition, the systems always use the monitoring software provided by video equipment manufacturers which parameters of the video equipment couldn't be set by user flexibly and real-time. So it can't meet the request of video monitoring system including multi-channel, real-time, remote and multi-parameter control in modern weapon test system.Based on the safety monitoring of weapons'test, a remote and multi-channel video monitoring system based on optical fiber LAN which provide a solution for long-distance video capture is put forward, the key technology of remote and multi-channel video monitoring system is studied and focused on the video capture, video compression, video data storage and video data transmission. The key technologies including:(1) The common methods of video capture based on WINDOWS, such as the technologies of VFW, DirectShow and SDK are analyzed. According to the characteristics of video equipment, the thesis focused on the research that video capture and parameter control was achieved by secondary development based on SDK software package.(2) The method and standard of video compression was studied, real-time compression of video data was realized by using video compression manager VCM calling CODEC.(3) Compared with original data, the compressed data quantity were greatly reduced, thereby it is beneficial for data storage and transmission. Video data storage is based on AVI file format, which achieved by writing the video and text information in the form of stream to file.(4) Remote transmission of video data is realized based on transmission protocol of streaming media RTP/RTCP and network interface socket. Timestamp and sequence number and some other information can provide the service of seal package, data sending and synchronization of media streams. Open source protocol library JRTPLIB was installed and called to achieve above technology.Based on above research, the remote and multi-channel video monitoring system framework based on SDK, video compression MPEG4 and RTP/RTCP was achieved. Using secondary development of SDK makes the program interface fiendly, parameters of video equipment flexibly setting, and the system convenient to use and maintain. Remote video transmission was achieved by using an open source library JRTPLIB and network interface named socket, thus the whole operation efficiency is improved.Finally, the experiments based on VC++ were conducted in the laboratory, and the results show the reliability and rationality of the system preliminarily.
