The design of power in accordance with ordinary laboratory user requirements, parameters of the proposed based on pulse width modulation (PWM) high efficiency, low power switch power dc voltage converter design method, adopts full bridge, step-down, mainly push-pull loop circuit topology. By LM3S1138 micro controller to output voltage and current in high voltage sampling formation, and the output current feedback plus or minus power, use TL494 benchmark PWM waves combine cut control chip for pulse width modulation, make the output voltage 30V - + 30V in - is adjustable; STC5616AD microcontroller is responsible for coding potentiometer coding detection and adjustable voltage and current output display. The communicate between LM3S1138 and STC5616AD is permit.Through parameter design, expected the design switching power can achieve the following indicators: output voltage can be adjusted in -30V-+30 V and fixed outputĀ±12V andĀ±5V; the maximum output current is 5A; the total power is 420 watts; The power efficiency is 85%.
