Conference management system using two-dimensional bar code technology and mobile communications technology, referred to as the conference communication system.Communication system includes basic information management, conference information management, meeting attendance, query statistics, gifts data management, user management, sending and receiving SMS, sending MMS ,MMS barcode verification and other functions. Using this system, the conference staff sends two-dimensional bar code contains the meeting information to the participants as MMS form. Participants with the bar code in the phone have the right to identity verification, sign in, led gifts and so on, without the traditional staff identification, registration and so on. It increases the grade of meeting the new level of user experience and greatly reduces the workload of the staff conference through technology and business in innovative ways. Not only does it greatly reduce the workload of the staff conference, improve meeting efficiency and management level of the organization, but also it achieves electronic management of the conference.The system uses the high-capacity two-dimensional Data Matrix coding technology, Data Matrix dimensional code image reading technology, information verification technology, mobile gateway messaging, and other key technologies. This system uses the MyEclipse 8.0 as the development tool, the MySQL 5.0 as the database, and Tomcat 6.0 as the server. The main structure is based on jsp, jstl, jQuery, Spring and Hibernate. It is achieved by MVC design pattern. The system achieves different levels according to functional modules. It makes development and maintenance flexible and simple, easy-to-transplantation expansion. This system considers some basic security issues, possess beautiful interface, easy operation, complete functions, and other advantages.
