Research And Implementation Of Enterprise Paperless Conference Mobility Platform

Traditional large conference basically have print a large number of conference presentations and documentations,which is multiple number,large space and inconvenient to carry for the participants.And the majority conference files will become waste papers after the meeting.Such a waste of manpower and a waste of money which may cause information leak problem.With 3G wireless network and Wifi network coverage,a large number of high-performance,terminal equipment which is small size and easy to carry,have been published,such as the iPad,iPhone and Android tablets.With the mobile terminal applications emerging,"paperless conference" mode will become the trend of the times and trends.The article studys and designs a enterprise paperless conference mobility platform.This article focuses on the design and implementation of enterprise paperless conference mobility platform.Mobile application development model which is proposed can be applied to other application development after some modifications.System architecture is based on B/S and C/S architectures,PC client employs B/S architecture and the mobile terminal employs C/S architecture.Application Server emply the ASP.NET technology which is one of the most popular and widely-used platforms for developing enterprise applicati,ons,with C#as the development language,and background database supports both Oracle Database and Sq1 Server Database.In the mobile applications development,we have solved the problem that access interal data from public network.The main work of this paper including the following aspects:Firstly,the paper gives the background and development trends of enterprise mobile application platforms and the requirement for paperless conference in mobile applications.Secondly,the paper analyzes functionality and non-functional requirements of paperless meeting system.Thirdly,the paper introduces the principles and container architecture of mobile applications containers.According to the system functional requirements,it shows the system architecture design,system data structures and database bus iness tables.Fourthly,based on B/S mode,the paper gives the business layer interface desi gn and key technology solutions of background conference management system.Lastly,the paper designs and implements user interfaces of the presentation layer,simulates the key technologies and gives a brief description of the core code.System test show s that the system is powerful,real-tim e and security.It inform s participants by SMS and Email.People attend the meeting by two-dimensional code scanning,then automatically download conference presentations and documentations which will reduce the costs of files shared and meet the existing demand of paperless conference system proposed by China Petroleum Pipeline Company Information Center.
