Information communication and transmission of human being has experienced a series of resolutions during the long history. The film, as a production through these resolutions, has become the most powerful and popular medium with its unique artistic form of expression, which acts a direct influence on people's communication for information.This paper will start with an introduction of evolution of Chinese film box ticket in first decade of 21st century and further the theory of its communication effect according to box office data. From the perspective of communication theory as well as effect film has met the demands of "Lasswell's 5W mode " and " The agenda setting theory and the spiral of silence theory in the Communication" respectively so as to further the illustration the communication effect and character during this decade. Finally this paper concludes the reasons for these films with high box ticket record in terms of mass communication including its infector, audience, content, technique, etc. By means of these factors, this paper also explains the unique communication mode and effect of the film, establishes its special advantages of films in the domain of mass communication, enriches contents of theory research in mass communication as well as discovers the tricks and rules of these firms with high box ticket record, which could offer better performance for artistic form of expression, deliver a more vivid sense of aesthetics, strengthen its communication effect and realize its ultimate goal for mass communication.Furthermore, this paper also intimately combines theory of mass communication with artistic theory of movie in order to explain the rules of film art by means of theory of mass communication. Besides, the artistic theory of movie can also verify mass communication which could mutually benefit both theories and this could also realize the practical significance through practical fulfillment and analysis of creation of modern films.
