Research On The Dissemination Of Research Results Of Internal Publishing In China's Comprehensive Archives

Based on more and more research on the dissemination of Archival Compilation and research results,it is found that researchers focus on the compilation and research results published in public,but ignore the important role and related dissemination issues of more abundant internal publication of compilation and research results in internal communication and dissemination to the public.In this paper,sampling survey,comparative analysis and field survey are used to investigate the current situation of the dissemination of the internal publishing and research results of five provincial comprehensive archives and five prefecture level city comprehensive archives in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.On the basis of defining the connotation of internal publishing and research results,analyzing the related concepts,analyzing the communication value and communication form of internal publishing and research results,and then according to the common points of relevant communication models and the perspective of this paper,finally select the communication subject,communication content,communication channels and other related factors for analysis.In addition,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the dissemination of the results of internal publication and research,and analyzes the restrictive factors affecting the dissemination of the results of internal publication and research from the aspects of internal dissemination,party and government departments,public dissemination,as well as the conditions of the main body of dissemination and financial guarantee,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
