Monitored control system is a set of system which monitor and analysis a scene in real time, widely used in transportation, industrial control, military and other fields. The traditional monitored control system is divided into three subsystems:video acquisition, transmission and display. It is inconvenient in some occasions because video data often need human to process and analyzing the collected information.We design a system named "Infra-red monitored control system used by frontier defence", cooperated with Chinese people's Liberation Army XX factory. It not only retains three parts of old monitored control system, but also adds an early warning subsystem by using DSP technology. It is a new generation of monitored control system with independent early warning ability.This issue adopts DaVinci technology to design the early warning system. The monitoring system captures video stream data and transmits data to DSP, DSP uses a series of algorithms such as motion detection to find the moving target and start the alarm module by the advantages of rapid video processing ability. Therefore, the new monitored control system avoids the human operator's deficiency.We use the SEED-DTK-VPM642 development system to design hardware and software module of early warning system, and through analyzing the current algorithms for motion detection, we propose an improved algorithm which is effective in frontier region. According to the experiment, the early warning system is reasonable and valid, it can find and process suspicious targets in frontier exactly. The improved algorithm can effectively deal with correlated noise, but its ability about real time need to be improved.This article introduces the theory of monitored control system in frontier, details the design and implementation of hardware and software module, analyzes some relevant algorithms used in system and focuses on the design and implementation of improved algorithm. We propose a new method about designing monitored control system and provide services to technologies of modern monitored control directly.
