Broadcast Tv Remote Monitoring System Software And Its Video Processing

As everyone knows, the emergence and development of radio and television has greatly enriched people's life. For the quality of services,the remote monitoring system has been required by most of radio stations. In this paper,the remote monitoring system in addition to monitor power, sound, and basic signal,and also joined the long-distance transmission of images, video and other signal functions learned in real-time front-end specific circumstances of the monitoring sites.Firstly,the public telephone network is established as a system of communication strategy in this work. in order to achieve the long-distance transmission of image and video signals, the related communication standards which supports to it has been studied as well;Then the acquisition, compression, transmission of the image signal is introduced, the image compression is proposed by referring the linear JPEG compression; In order to meet the requirements of real-time monitoring, the compression technology of H.263 recommendations which can meet the public telephone network in low bit rate is discussed.Besides, the key technology of H.263 recommendations are analyzed in detail, and the compression and decoding of video data are realized on Windows platforms.Meanwhile, An Access database,which is used for the power of the monitoring center, sounds, images, video, and monitoring site configuration information and other data storage is designed. A friendly program interface is also designed for analyzing and processing these data.Finally, it is to design the entire software of system. Via integrating all of the individual functional modules, a complete and reliable software system has been formed.
