Wireless sensor network (WSN) is a network without infrastructure which has a large number of wireless sensor nodes that distributed in self-organized styles in the work area. WSN data fusion can provide users with real data and reduce network energy consumption and delay effectively at the same time. Therefore, the WSN data fusion has become the hot spot in the research of WSN. Some research and improvement on the wireless sensor network data fusion algorithm has been done in this paper.Based on the research of classical LEACH based routing of data fusion algorithm, some improvements have been done in this paper for the following questions:the cluster-head number is not a constant and the structure of cluster is irrational, and then the shared cluster-head WSN data fusion algorithm is proposed. The improved algorithm can make the number of cluster-head in each round remain a constant, and make the position of cluster-head and the numbers of each cluster member nodes very even which let each cluster of data be complete and reliable. Compared to the LEACH algorithm, the shared cluster-head algorithm can further reduces the energy consumption of WSN and extend the service life of the network.For the problem that the WSN data fusion which based on spanning tree algorithm may cause large delay due to the spanning tree structure is irrational, a spanning tree-based Low latency WSN data fusion algorithm is proposed in this paper. Low latency WSN data fusion algorithm set a soft limit for the number of child nodes in the spanning tree that the number of child nodes in each node can't exceed the Beta, unless the child node can't be added to the spanning tree under the limitation. The improved algorithm can effectively reduce the delay of WSN to meet the requirements of the WSN for real-time. At the same time, the SPT and MST algorithm based on spanning tree are optimal algorithms only when the data is not integrated or fully integrated, a WSN data fusion algorithm with fixed fusion rate and low delay is proposed in this paper, in which the data growth factor is added. The further improved algorithm satisfies the case when the data fusion rate is in the interval of [0,1].For the needs of experimental teaching and research of Wireless network, a ZigBee-based wireless network temperature control system experimental platform is designed in this paper. And then the overall design of the experimental platform, the controller hardware and software, the communication protocols and user interface is introduced in detail. In the experimental platform, ARM11 is taken as the center of the temperature controller and the ZigBee technology is applied to achieve the wireless collection and control of the temperature. The experimental platform can identify the kinetic characteristics of the temperature cabinet and achieve adaptive control for temperature, at present the experimental platform has been applied in the place of experimental teaching.
