This article through to the thermal design implementation of a airtight radar RF control case, extensive and in-depth analyzed thermal design thought of the airtight electronic equipment. Summarized the numerical heat transfer and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in thermal design, and the engineering application of the Temperature field calculation method in the thermal design of airtight electronic equipment and cooling system structure design that based on Finite Volume Method. Expounded the process of establishing, dispersing and solving a Integral control equation that appliances Finite volume method to The simulation analysis of Electronic equipment。Show a detailed description of structure characteristics and the setting of boundary conditions of the radar airtight RF control case, and heat source and the setting of the thermal resistance and the thermoelectric network heat transfer model were established.This paper established geometric model of a radar airtight RF control case, and simplified the model and completed numerical simulation of the model, and does various analysis of the simulation results. In a preliminary analysis based on the results of the calculation, designed the ventilation cooling system of the airtight radar RF control case, completed the structure design of ventilation cooling system and simplified it, and further analyzed the case that has added the ventilation cooling system. Analyzed the results of the cooling system, and acquired Temperature field and heat flow field of the radar airtight RF control case, and determined the cooling design scheme of the radar airtight RF control case.Through the process of thermal design and simulation of the airtight radar RF control case, deeply explored the characteristics of the FLOTHERM software used in complex thermal design engineering equipment. This article provided important reference data and experience to thermal design of electronic equipment system.
