Ship Integrated Nesting System Based On C / S Architecture And Database Technology

Hull nesting is dramatic important process of ship design which concentrating all hull data. How good hull nesting is that could directly influence the use ratio of raw material in ship building, cost of manufacture and enterprise revenue. This thesis base on hull nesting work background in a Ship Engineering Cooperation, through the methods and data of integrated parts, materials and nesting developed system. It achieved integrated informatization in hull nesting. In the same time it enhanced efficiency and shortened the production period that made enterprise more close the goal of lean manufacturing and agile manufacturing.This thesis summarized the lean manufacturing and agile manufacturing's development and applies. Through survey and research particular in this enterprise, combined management and production factors, author set up two ideas:firstly, integrated management in parts data, materials information and nesting information. Taking nesting work as core, complete all nesting work in this system, and it could search and statistically analyze nesting data. Meanwhile it could research the key technology which under the special requirements. Second, using communications server keep up to date the client's data. And using dynamic link library package nesting optimal algorithm and so onoThis kind of system which taking nesting process as core and conduct demand analysis and function analysis in parts module, material module and assignment module, based on nesting business. It uses C/S framework, multiserver connected client system, SQL SERVER 2k library, Visual Studio 2003 development environment and VSS system coding. This thesis combined part object and relational data base, using Object Oriented Design in nesting design. In system demand analysis process, it using UML design and analyze program process. And it present part of important function's algorithm ideaand flow chart.
