Development Strategy On Agricultural Scientific And Technological Journals In Heilongjiang Province

As a major agricultural province, the national commodity grain base and the grain strategic reserve, Heilongjiang Province plays a protective role in the national food security. However, the relation among national grain security, agricultural modernization and agricultural periodicals is intensive. National food security is inseparable from agricultural modernization, meanwhile, agricultural modernization can't be realized without a large number of high level agricultural scientific and technological periodicals with a segmented guidance to transmit agriculture information, and train agricultural professionals in order to promote the agricultural development. The paper took agricultural periodicals as the target, discussed the details of agricultural scientific and technological periodicals, and then analyzed the status of agricultural scientific and technological periodicals in Heilongjiang Province and the main development problems. Based on the above, the paper proposed countermeasures in order to play the role of agricultural scientific and technological periodicals in agricultural modernization, new rural construction, and modern peasant training.The paper elaborated the development status and dynamic developments of agricultural scientific and technological periodicals at home and abroad, mainly from the aspects of the background, purpose and significance, and then described the research framework and the main innovations. Based on Heilongjiang Province agricultural scientific and technological periodicals development, the paper described the present developmental status of agricultural scientific and technological periodicals, and analyzed the problems based on the development characteristics of agricultural scientific and technological periodicals. It is the important part of the paper. In order to establish a more scientific journal comprehensive evaluation system, a more complete journal measuring index, and a better description on influence of agricultural scientific and technological periodicals in Heilongjiang Province, actual data were used in this part to carry on the quantitative calculation of the relevant cited indicators, which made this part the most important and difficult.Based on the characteristics, status, problems of Heilongjiang Province agricultural journal development, the paper proposed the countermeasures to enhance the ability of scientific and technical periodical development, which included the following aspects:build management competence; improve the academic competitiveness; enhance the competitiveness of editing; improve marketing competition force; and improve technological competitiveness.
