Research On Listed Companies' Management And Supervision Of Network Public Opinions

In the age of Internet, network has become important public platform for the public to express the opinion, to discuss public affairs, to participate in economic social and political life. The spread of information network public opinion geometric progression growth, it is necessary to monitor and analyze network public opinion for the government and listed companies to manage the public opinion information and to timely discover hot spots and to correctly guide public opinion trends. Therefore, network public opinion monitoring and analyzing have become a hot issue in recent years. Especially for the listed companies, whose impaction wide and information transparent, is particular necessary.This thesis focuses on the listed company, and analyzes the management and supervision of the network public opinion in the view of theory and practice. This paper analyze the characteristic and key points of the listed company network public opinion; and then on the basis of theoretical analysis to set up network supervision system of public opinion, device the supervision system frame, analyze the constructer and flow. On the basis of that, this paper research on the three processes: prevent supervision, process supervision and evaluation of supervision affection. In the prevent supervision process, this paper has established the safe estimate index system and warning advanced model of network public opinion; in the course supervision process has established the course control model and put forward manage and control strategies; in the process of control effect assessment set up the control effect evaluation index system; at last, make the case of Ba Wang shampoo"carcinogenicity"storm, this paper evaluates the management and supervision current situation and provides concerned suggestions.
