| The rapid development of Chinese media in 21st century made the journalistic professionalism from western journalism theories in a dilemma, along with the domestic emergencies swift and urgent increasing. Due to the underlying causes of media operating mechanism, both self-discipline of journalism is so inefficient and the behavior of journalism anomie is so prevalent in China. Considering Xinhua's crucial role in the history of Chinese Journalism, the construction of journalistic professionalism deserves further theoretic discussion and using for reference.The paper makes an analysis of vocational standard for Xinhua News Agency journalists. It holds that the present codes relevant with breaking news are so professional that "2000-2010 related professional codes" plays much more roles among internal professionalism construction. Based on the professionalism theory and autonomie theory, this paper connects breaking news with 2000-2010 related professional codes, which works on the proof of professionalism construction by using the documentary analysis method and the content analysis method. According to the results of analysis, Xinhua has built well-found internal norm of professional paradigm by taking four steps since 2000. The vocational standard for Xinhua News Agency Journalists has become professional in recent 10 years.We can divide the 10 years into four stages with representative breaking news which demonstrate the development of conscious system and internal professionalism construction. The background of social transition, in which professionalism is being introduced to every field of social life, is a basic perspective of analyzing journalistic professionalism. This study can help improve the level of breaking news, reminding the media to acknowledge its professionalism construction in breaking news reporting.Applied the view of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the paper is intended to analysis the dialectical relationship between Xinhua's professional construction and breaking news to get a clear path of its journalistic professionalism development. |
