Under the requirement of the develop mission, this paper focused on the specia-lized computer under complex environment, accomplished the system design, realiza-tion of hardware and software, joint-debug of the specialized computer. After that, the system has passed a series of tests under complex environments.The specialized computer works at a main frequency of 200MHz, the major op-eration & control unit of specialized computer consists of two chips TI-DSP C6747 and one chip Spartan6 FPGA. In addition of their powerful operation ability, the DSPs, who work as a warm standby to each other, can accomplish a fast switch under the cooperation of the hardware status monitoring & switch control module inside the FPGA, so that the interface operations of the system can be continuous. Test results shows the switch can be accomplished within 6.1μs, given an interface operation pe-riod of 5ms.In the system, each DSP has a program memory of 16M*32bit, and also 8Gbit FLASH memory,512Kbit EEPROM memory. Under the supervision of FPGA, each DSP can operate 2 LVDS interfaces at 720Mbps,1 dual-channel backup 1553B inter-face,5 isolated inputs and 5 isolated outputs. As a method of self-monitoring, each DSP can operate a RTC chip, and 2 temperature sensors located differently on the board.Through the fuction-traversing tests, specialized computer works properly testing memories, RTC, temperature sensors.The DSP switch can be accomplished rapidly, and the interfaces work well with LVDS at 720Mbps,1553B as a remote terminal, etc.Based on the fuction-traversing tests, specialized computer passed the 12-cycle temperature test under the judgement level, GJB151A based EMC tests, and a long term working test of 1014 hours.
