The Design And Implementation Of The Union Authorized Access System Of Electronic Resources In University Libraries Of Shandong

The electronic resources of university libraries in Shandong are more and more richer in content and type, as well as the self-built resources. However, the management means are less. Authorized management tasks within the network are very heavy. Whenever the campus of IP increases, one must notify each resource providers to add authorized IP address. At present, only depending on the statistics of the electronic resources provide statistics. To visit and inquiry, statistics, analysis of frequency, many resource manufacturers may not provide. In addition, the resources construction has been repeated. Some libraries without strength have no abilities to purchase or to construct the resources. How to grant these resources to them with sharing and pricing? To these problems, designed and realized the province of electronic resources authorized access system. The system are deployed and serviced for more than thirty university libraries in Shandong.Firstly, this paper introduces the system of the development at domestic and abroad. It presents a system of electronic resources of distributed authorized and access, and point out that the technology in domestic libraries applications belong to blank.Secondly, according to the situation of electronic resources in library, and the development of design on the major problems facing the system, this paper analyzes the functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements, and system needs to flow chart and use cases diagrams to explain in detail.The third part in demand, based on the analysis of the system, we begin to design. First, we have conducted electronic resource access system architecture design. According to the system requirements, system design, then goals and principles of system structure and function architecture technology design respectively. According to the main technical architecture system scalability, maintainability and performance problems, it uses stratified model of J2EE architecture, and it designs the function of each layer. Then in the detailed design, system divides into two parts: province authorized center and local authorized access center. Respectively, for each module design with a detailed description of the whole system, it gives the structure and the dynamic model and static model..Finally, in the detailed design, on the basis of the first of the implementation of modules are briefly introduced, and the whole system of each part and rendering. Then the whole system is tested in performance.Above all, based on the specific needs of library in analysis, we design and implement the electronic resource authorized access system of Shandong province. This system has been deployed in the Shandong University, China Petroleum University, Shandong Agricultural University, Shandong Construction University, Shandong Institute of Light Industry etc.
