The functionality improvements and intelligence of Mobile bring us a lot convenience, which becomes the indispensable parts of our daily life. Meanwhile people's expectation and requirement to Mobile is higher and higher. People expect that Mobile owns more and more functions and become a moving information platform. Besides makinge calls, sending messages, taking pictures, listening music and watching programs through Mobile, people would also use it to pay bills and get tickets in the future, just like an electronic wallet, and the payment is simple with high security. At the other hand, people expect that Mobile will provide more services, such as quering goods information, preventing forge, electronical guidance, and so on so forth. These require Mobile has new functions of information collectting, handling and transition. The Integration of RFID/NFC and Mobile brings up new opportunities to MIP(Moving Information Platform), but at the same time, It also bring some questions. such as, how to make MIP match for different Application's requirements, how to make different Application's functions working smoothly with the traditional functions of mobile, how to integrate the RFID reader into MIP, These questions are the main work of this paper to solve.Firstly, the paper gives the corresponding solution and system architecture to the Moving Information Platform. Secondly, it emphases on analyzing the software parts and designing the software key modules. The last but not the least, the paper describes the implement of the key module--- the RFID Middleware and the ApplicationThe goal of this paper is to gives the corresponding solution and system...
