The Research And Application Of Virtual Instrument Technology In Sensor Intelligent Measuring System

Detection technology has infiltrated into scientific research, agriculture and industry, environmental protection, medical diagnosis, the development of the universe, ocean exploration and other fields. With the rapid development of science technology, computer technology, intelligent information technology and automatic detection technology, intelligent detection technology and system has become a leading technology in scientific and technological progress and the development of the national economy.This paper elaborates the structure of multi-sensor intelligent detection system throughout the whole process of design, including:(1)The research background, the appropriate sensors selection and their respective compensation way, the design of sensor system hardware circuit, include sensor circuit and power supply circuit; (2) Build up the mathematical model of sensor and its signal conditioning circuit based on virtual instrument development software Agilent VEE; (3)On the basis of the sensor system module, build up the traditional non-linear scale transformation model, through the simulation experiments, assess the accuracy of system conversion; (4)Design an improved non-linear scale conversion model. Use feedback control principle of the control theory, add a feedback module into the original mathematical model of sensor, In the feedback module, use system error as the input, and the proportion as the adjustment parameters, compare with the original model transformation results, the zero point drift has dispelled, and the accuracy of the detection system has been greatly improved; (5)Design monitoring interface under Agilent VEE, a powerful graphical user interface programming system, established a sensor intelligent inspection and monitoring interface, the interface can display the real-time data, monitoring and alarm, as well as the data storage and inquiry.
