Improvement Research Of Clustering In Wireless Sensor Network Based On Energy

Wireless sensor networks based on hierarchical structures are used in solving the network energy consumption savings, improving energy efficiency, balancing the network load, extending the network lifetime and other network features. This paper proposed two clustering algorithms used in two different network structures for extending the wireless sensor network lifetime, improving energy efficiency, they have achieved satisfactory results in simulation.Firstly, a clustering algorithm which is based on energy and ID and methods of local competition in cluster heads selection phase for wireless sensor networks is proposed for general ideal model for wireless sensor networks,, and in the clustering phase considering both the distance between plain nodes and cluster heads and the distance between cluster heads and base station, choose the cluster head node correspond to the smallest data communication energy cost. The simulation experiment showed LCWCEC can effectively extending the stability lifetime of the network. improving the energy efficiency of network.Secondly, a clustering algorithm based on energy-weigh cluster head selection probabilities for energy heterogeneous wireless sensor networks is proposed for energy heterogeneous networks in which LEACH algorithm cannot guarantee the stability of cluster head node selection problem, this method is developed from LEACH which assumes that all nodes in the same condition when it choose cluster heads, in it cluster head selection process is divided into high-energy node selection phase and the plain energy node selection phase, while subject to cluster head selection probability during different stages. The simulation experiment showed KWCHSP can make the most of using heterogeneous network nodes with the high-energy surplus energy.Finally, this paper summarized the research work, and cited the fields which are needed to be continue researched and concerned.
