Through comprehensive investigation and study, goes to the engineering dept, each temporary headquarters, the project department, executes the engineering unit to find out the situation, the investigation and study mainly adopts the face-to-face way, through exchanges with some people many times who is related with the material management system, comprehensively understands demands of each kind of personnel to this system. All demands will take this system development the main basis. In addition, for meets the actual needs of the material management system, we will invite the main correlation personnel to participate in this system's development all the time, it will reduce the development's risk and cost in greatest degree.Second, in the stock warning module, this article uses instatistics'tendency to forecast and the time series forecast, separately carries on the early warning analysis to the stock of different time. People may use each method to carry on the analysis, and also can use the two union to carry on the analysis. For the accurate of forecast, I has rejected the season factor influence in the analysis, provides the direct basis for managers' decision-making.
