| Based on the theory of Material Management and that of Management Information System,by analyzing the contents and demands of material management in Angang Transportation Co.ltd.,the material management information system of Angang Transportation Co.ltd.is established the main contents can be summarized as following:1. By applying material management theory,according to the design method of Management Information System to finish the System.2. Adopting system engineering theory, aiming at the particularities of material management of Angang Transportation Co. ltd.,the business of stock issue and receiving can be proceeded. Then,ABC stock systematic management,value analysis and timely stock Controlling can be carried through.3. The cores of the system is the material plan management and stock management,Some great accessorial functions are provided at the same time.4. In ways of data report forms,graphics,etc,the statistics analysis of material issues and receiving can be realized.5. The system can be transplanted easily, though the system is developed for the Angang Transportation Co. ltd.,it can be used in other type enterprise by making some proper modifications.6. In the process of development,in view of the demands of development efficiency,system function and maintenance,method of combining object oriented programming with Structured Programming was adopted.The system use SQL Server2000 as the database system, and use Visual Basic6.0 as the developing tools. A set of application software easily to use with friendly interface is developed.The experience of using this software shows: the system has complete function, can be used easily, the output interface are clean and beautiful,the outputs are suitable for the management of Angang Transportation Co. ltd..The development could be helpful when scheme,research methods and main technologies of this system developing other relevant management information system. |
