Design And Implementation Of The Insurance Payment Platform

"Giving policies after payment"is a management regulation put forward by the Insurance Regulatory Commission in recent years, and the key link of this regulation is to build a unified payment platform for all the business. The main task of the payment platform is to achieve the data exchange between enterprises and banks, and to complete the clients? payment transaction.According to the need of property insurance companies owned by the famous insurance group to deal with"giving policies after payment", this article designs and achieves a payment transaction platform. The main tasks are as follows:(1) Providing the operational procedures which support"giving policies after payment"under the precondition of minimizing the effect on the present system. Through analyzing the present condition of enterprises, this article designs a whole set of operational procedure of giving policies - customers? payment - corporate finance dealing. Service requirements of all related systems for the payment platform are revealed. According to the online results, this operational procedure effectively connects related systems and achieves expected effect.(2) Providing a systematic integration program based on XML and Web Service to meet the present system?s need to access payment platform. To fulfill the access demand of various departments inside the companies as well as that of different payment service suppliers outside the companies, this article analyzes the present system, confirms a way of implementation taking XML as the communications message structure and Web Service as the service connector, which effectively solves the systematic integration problem.(3) Designing and implementing payment platform. The payment platform designed in this article are mainly divided into three parts according to their customers, namely service for internal business systems, service for payment service providers and operational management module. Among them, the service for internal business systems mainly provides payment application, queries on payment, payment withdrawal, business write-back and so on; the service for the payment service providers mainly provides application and queries on payment that has not been finished and payment confirmation and so on; the operational management module mainly provides systematic settings, log enquiry and analysis and so on.The system has been online all over the country, and the effect has obtained the clients? affirmation. This system effectively supports implementing the regulation of"giving policies after payment".
