The Design And Realization Of The Electronic Payment Platform Of Fund And Social Insurance Fee

With the rapid expansion of social insurance work and the increasing of the numberof the beneficiary, it is necessary and urgent to study, develop and use the ElectronicPlatform of Fund and Social Insurance Fees in order to respond to the national policy ofcharging, keeping and paying the insurance fees respectively, as well as improve theservice and work efficiency of local tax departments. At present, the computer networkand electrical commercial techniques have been mature, and it shows that the conditionsof hardware and software of the system has been mature. Therefore, the ElectronicPlatform of Fund and Social Insurance Fees for Yan’an has been designed andimplemented.Based on lots of investigation and the practice experience of the whole operatingprocedure of the fund and insurance fees, consulting many relevant references, andanalyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current charging systems in differentfields, we designed and realization the Electronic Platform of Fund and Social InsuranceFees according to the actual situation and relative national policies and regulations. TheB/S mode was adopted, the application architecture and network requirements weredesigned, the functional modules were divided scientifically and reasonably, and themain functions were realized. These functions include the user management, theprivilege distribution, the information query, the reports management, the informationmanagement, the platform management, log management, the data conversion and so on.In the developing process of the system, the main works of author are the requirementanalysis, the whole design, the detail design, part of the modules codes and the systemtesting etc.The system testing result shows that the function and performance meet the designrequirements. So the system passed acceptance successfully, and has already beenapplied in practice.
