In video field one of the core technologies is video processing, as a key in TV the video-processing SOC is always monopolized by fremdness and Taiwan. In order to own the speaking right of technology, cost and product-difference, Hisense has began to walk on the SOC researching road. After successfully empoldering the first SOC, Hisense pushes LCD TV's SOC. To industrialize and commercialize this SOC, we take systemic method to design LCD TV based on it. In this thesis we mainly focus on the software design.Based on the SOC, we complete the functions of human-computer interface, human-computer interaction, measuring and controlling the whole system's signals, displaying and controlling various signals' format and so on. We fully exert the capability of SOC, achieve multifold functions of processing video signals and optimizing picture effect, as well as human-based function for user. Strictly following The Development Specification of Hisense Domestic Sales Product, we define the production's function, design the software's frame and module and so on. In our work, we achieve all functions that the Hisense's LCD TV needed, uniform OSD interface of Hisense style, powerfully ensure the industrialization and manufacturablity of the system solution, and ensure the competitive ability of LCD TV which use this kind SOC.This subject is in accordance with the process of embedded system development. Beginning with analyzing the demands of product, we complete the software and hardware design. In the work of software design, we completed the module design, coding and software testing. The thesis mainly describes the software system design and module design, and shows many flow diagram trees. In the end, we discuss the method of the software upgrading, and analyze the development trend of television.
