V3 System, as a Loushang3.0 framework-based tobacco management information system, is researched and developed by Inspur Tobacco Business Division and is an important part of overall informatization construction in tobacco industry. The target of this informatization construction is to support the procurement, supply, sales, logistics, management and strategy of tobacco industry and thus improve enterprise management and competitiveness. A unified tobacco information management platform is established to meet the development and requirement of enterprise information planning. A complete organizational and hierarchical enterprise framework is constructed to achieve centralized management of all aspects within the enterprise. Supports on multi-accounting entity and multi-organizational system, the centralized management and auditing on performance and business, and the centralized storage of data ensure the comprehensive centralization of data, application, management and control. Through tobacco information management system, the criterion\standard processes are unified to achieve the whole-process\refined\dynamic\collectivized management of tobacco procurement and warehouse business, optimize inventory structure, reduce inventory occupation, improve inventory turns, and improve the efficiency and management of industrial materials. This tobacco information management system can also be able to achieve collection and monitoring of various kinds of information in the links of material distribution as well as tight cigarette distribution and scheduling. Through this information platform, uniform industrial policies and standards can be established and implemented for real-time supervision and control on cigarette, transportation & sale, and other business operating conditions of member units, in order to solve business collaboration problem and achieve timely feedback and pooled analysis of information.The design and implementation of Inspur Loushang framework are mainly described in this study. Firstly, the background of this theme as well as foreign and domestic research status on related issues is introduced in this study. The related infrastructures commonly used in Loushang framework were described in detail, including MVC, IOC reversal mechanism, interceptor and so on. Thus, the overall architectural design of Loushang framework and the adopted layering technology is drawn forth. Meanwhile, the major technologies of each layer are introduced to reveal the similarities and differences between Loushang hierarchy and MVC hierarchy. This study is focused on describing the requirement analysis and preliminary design of Loushang3.0-based tobacco information management system V3 as well as the specific design and implementation of its distribution & sale module. Currently, this system has been successfully applied in Gansu, Yunnan and other large tobacco industry provinces, with certain effects obtained. So far, this system is running stable and well. With the help of this system, the efficiency of information management in tobacco industry has been improved, and the development pace of tobacco industry informatization has been promoted.
