In traditional government services, application and approval processes is complex and unclear, examination and approval processes is not standardized, and the government affairs staffs’ work can not be strongly regulated. Combined with practical requirements, the urban and rural low-income family assistance platform build a diversified civil service system, to accelerate the work in traditional government services, to regulate government affairs with technical means during the whole process.In this paper, it designed an urban and rural low-income family assistance platform.
