| In recent years, along with the information technology and the rapid development of electronic commerce, many commercial bank launched the net bank service, which formed the silver and securities company, fund company and non-bank payment service organizations as a network platform. Customers can convenient to transfer the remittance, do some investment, online shopping and online pay cost etc payment activities. Thanks to the development of net bank, which allows bank to provide greatly improvement in time and space and no longer subject to the traditional business hours and points of limitation, which not only can effectively diliver the commercial bank teller business and alleviate business pressure, but also can save operating costs. Only in this way, can we improve the service level and enhance the core competitiveness of commercial bank.In order to improve the efficiency of the payment and to promote the commercial bank service and to further support new electronic commerce development, fulfill the central bank payment's duties, the Central Bank built a new online payment inter-bank system in the second generation of the payment system which supports the inter-communication non-financial payment services and implements the high performance application in new electronic payment business.This paper analysise the platform of interconnection netbank with JavaEE technology and then introduces the main business of it. In view of the different business functions, I chose some suitable business processes for its implementation, so as to improve the trade efficiency and reduce the risks.The main content of this paper covers the analysis of net bank interconnection, general design, specific module design and implementation which including the communication level of module, digital signature module and accounting module design and implementation. In the end, the whole task of this paper is summarized and valued. Meanwhile, the disadvantage and further research are pointed out. |
