With the growing global energy crisis, it has become a key of stable energy supply to further strengthen and promote our smart grid construction in Chinese approaching rapid economic development.Intelligent distribution network as a core part of smart grid construction in recent years has gradually formed a comprehensive coverage of China's power grid. With a large number of smart devices accessed and the growing complexity of network structure, how to ensure the security and safety of smart distribution networks has become an important challenge for future's smart distribution grid.Under this background, this paper presented the distribution network secure communication scheme based on ECC-AES hybrid encryption of intelligent design in order to solve the existing deficiency of smart encryption scheme's safety and efficiency the main contents are as follows:1) Studied and analyzed communications'security structure of distribution network.Combined with the current research status and existing technology, this paper analyzed existing security risks and needs of distribution network.Combined with communication needs of distribution network security,this paper improved ECC encryption algorithm performance,which applied the high security ECC encryption algorithm to the secure communications of distribution network.Under the guarantee of distribution network's real-time communication requirements, this paple aimed to solve the low safety of distribution network communication2) Proposed and designed a ECC scalar multiplication calculation method which integrates an adaptive window, chain length prediction and optimum chain length counted chain selection,which effectively improves the scalar multiplication calculation efficiency and lows the high dependence of memory. With respect to ECC encryption algorithm which is the current recognized advanced basic chain and sliding window calculated methods,128-bit key encryption, The averaged calculating efficiency of this simulated test improves by more than 20%, In the meantime, combined with AES algorithm,It maked the most of ECC short algorithm but high security and advantages of long packets AES encryption high speed to set up the ECC-AES hybrid encryption algorithm to meet the high real-time and security encryption requirements of distribution network3) Constructed distribution network secure communication solutions and completes solution architecture design on the basis of designing and improving ECC encryption algorithm and ECC-AES hybrid encryption algorithm. What's more,it also completed distribution network equipments'access authorization, unicast secure communications, multicast secure communications and rekeying and such detailed sub-programs'design, providing the specific programs to achieve the principles and processes and theoretically analyzing the security and efficiency of those programs. The results showed that this program could theoretically meet the distribution network communication system known key security, anti-key leaked secret camouflage, anti-key unknown secret sharing, perfect forward security, KGC forward security and known temporary conversation information security.4) Completed the design of simulation test system of distribution network secure communications. By the verifications of the device access register, unicast and multicast security communication test, this paper verified the correctness and reliability of the distribution network security communication program designed in this paper.
